Research and Development

Andon R&D department has 90 engineers. Among of them,10% have doctor degree, 40% have master
degree and others have bachelor degree. The powerful team ensure us developing almost 30 new items
every year. They are divided in several series, such as blood pressure monitor, digital biochemical
devices, electronic pulse massager, electrocardiograph device, and other health
care device. The total investment in R&D equal to 5%-7% of our annual sales.
Each new item development lead time is no more than 6 months.
