QA/QC Introduction

All outsource material, including chip, sensor, cuff, packing and others,
have to be inspected in Incomings Quality Control  department. If the materials are failed to pass the inspection, they will be returned to the supplier.
Process Quality Control  staff will check the whole process  in each assembling line, until the finished products passed to The Second Testing line.
Every finished product will be inspected in The Second Testing Line, just
beside the assembling line. If any problem unit founded, then it will be
sent to  the preparing line.
Andon has one Quality Audit  line with two working groups. So all finished product will be randomly picked up for inspecting in this line before transferring to the
warehouse according to international standard. We use some professional
equipments, which are developed in our engineering department ,to ensure the
quality of finished products. If any inspection is failed, so the whole batch of
this production will be rejected.
